The psychedelic trance (often called Psytrance) is a form of trance (a style of electronic music), appeared in early 1990. The Trance is characterized by a rapid pace, in the range of 125 to 150 beats per minute (bp), in contrast to other forms and Ambient House and Techno. His basses are strong, without interruption, without change and covered by many other rhythms, often produced with the famous synthesizer Roland TB-303.
This type of Trance is the most popular in the United Kingdom, Israel, Japan and Goa. However, it is a global phenomenon. It is interesting to note that there is an underrepresentation of American artists, but the Israeli artists are well represented.
Despite the popularity of this kind, it is not as well known outside of the trance scene as Dutch or British.
